With our Minor in Operational Excellence, gain valuable skills in project management, planning and optimisation, giving you a competitive edge and the chance to earn a certification in Project Management.

Programme highlights

Through this minor, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn to manage manpower, resources, and costs for successful project completion.

  • Acquire essential project management, operational planning and process optimisation skills.

  • Earn a certification in Project Management.

Modules

You will need to complete a total of 12 Modular Credits (MCs) to fulfil the programme requirements.
