For eligible diplomas, the Discipline-related Minor programme deepens your skills and expertise in an area related to your major or diploma. Honed with specialised skills, you will cultivate a distinct advantage that sets you apart in a competitive job market.

How does it work?

Each Minor programme is made up of 12 Modular Credits (MCs). If you select a Minor, you'll have to pick modules from its list.

Example: Clarence, Diploma in Restaurant & Culinary Management student, with a Minor in Visual Design

Choose 3 modules from the Minor in Visual Design programme, such as 2D Art Asset Creation (4 MCs), Colour and Typography (4 MCs), and Drawing and Digital Illustration (4 MCs).
