Diploma Student Concession and RP e-Student Card
As a full-time student, you can easily apply for a Diploma Student Concession Card to enjoy discounted rates on buses, MRT, and LRT services. Here's how to get yours.

For new students
Don't wait—apply early to enjoy concession rates as soon as school starts!
Important dates:
The Bulk Application Exercise runs from March to May every year.
How to apply in 4 simple steps:
Complete enrolment
Finish your online enrolment process.
Don’t forget to submit your photo to avoid delays!
Submit your application
Once you're enrolled, you’ll get an SMS or email from RP.
Apply early via the SimplyGo website, mobile app, or at a ticket office.
Card is mailed to you
We’ll mail your card to your home starting in the first week of April.
Look out for an email from us, and check your letterbox within 2-3 days.
Activate your card
Activate your card at any SimplyGo Ticket Office.
Bring your NRIC or passport and a minimum top-up of $5.

Log into the RP Concession Card Portal (Login Required) using your RP account to track your application after submitting it during the Bulk Application Exercise.
Missed the Bulk Application deadline?
No worries! You can still apply directly via SimplyGo. Log in to the RP Concession Card Portal (Login Required) for more details.
For current students
If you need to extend or resume your studies, your concession card will be automatically extended. The process typically takes 2 to 4 weeks after RP informs SimplyGo, and we’ll notify you by email once the extension is complete.
RP e-Student Card
As a full-time student, you'll also get an e-Student Card through the RP SNApp. You can use this card to:
Borrow resources from the library
Get student meal discounts at food courts
Collect items from the RP Parcel Locker
Access the gym and other facilities
Download the RP SNApp from the App Store or Google Play.
